Michael Coulthard, having worked within the energy sector for a significant period, identified a gap for an energy sector specialist to become #1 in the industry. Over the last 7 years, he has collaborated with more than 80 businesses and continues to work with over 20 (and counting) at present.

At ThreeSixty Talent, our vision is to ensure that every business in the energy sector can utilise our services without price being a barrier. We offer flexible payment arrangements, including contingency recruitment, retained, and subscription-based models, to make this vision a reality.
